What can you upgrade?
The current official description names your treadmill and base. It does not publish the complete upgrade tree, costs, level caps, or base-capacity formula.
Choose by the problem you can observe

What makes a comparison fair?
Change one thing at a time. Record the cost, effect, and before/after result under the same conditions. A higher level label alone does not measure practical value.
